Yeah if you cant get a house on Spriggan while there's literally 10+ houses open per ward almost in every single area, the problem is you, and this has been the case for a while even before auto demo, there were multiple houses open it was housing galore in personal or unrestricted wards.

You are posting misinformation and disinformation. They cannot buy a house because of systematic racism and oppression. You are trying to muddy the waters with fake "facts" and "data" to try and suggest that all they have to do is just work harder and make better choices - as if the problem is them and not the society that has trampled over them their entire lives. They cannot buy a house in FFXIV because of inter-generational trauma and systematic oppression and you are trying to trivialize these issues and gaslight everybody into thinking it's their own fault. Actually just tired of reading that people cant get houses and yet theres dozens if not hundreds of houses open for bidding but they dont want them.

EU has 0 housing crisis, NA does only on extremely populated worlds.

I have to admit, I read this and was thinking "what the hell are you on about". the only disgusting thing is you bringing in real world issues that have ZERO to do with getting a house in a video game. just because you dislike them do not make facts fake. your reasons as to why they cant get a house in FFXIV.. I also don't get why there brining real life racism and oppression when talking about video game houses and trying to spin a video games housing issues as racism. It seems there resorting to extreme arguments simply because they don't like someone on the forums.
