I've done well over 10,000 duties on my main alone, nevermind alts, and never had these issues with people... normally just a silent run, too.

I've literally been matched with someone in a duty that I blacklisted 1 week prior. Can you imagine how awkward that is? It happens though.

It doesn't outside of duties. The issue is usually that the information is not carried with you onto the duty server and it can't access information that isn't on the duty server.

That's not a thing. It only prevents messages, and joining a pf hosted by you.
