because this is a bait thread and there are some people who post quite often who are very vocal about their wish for a universal ban of mods
OP posted a bunch of links.. how about you post your stream or clip the part your talking about and let others decide if they think the tank was cheating or not.. make sure to include a good amount of time before and after so we can see what you think you saw.

People demanded the OP deliver, and the OP delivered.
Then pretended that he didn't to defend the addon usage, heh.
Always amusing what the community gets up to.

Assuming the OP is not trolling and just being ignorant, my guess is he has never played with someone who is a bit above the average. I used to play with a tank who definitely can't use an addon because he's on a console. He's also a nerd who would have a spread sheet for every single fight. 5+ second in advance? Bruh, he already know what he wants to do a full minute in advance. Heaven forbids the OP ever group with an extremely good Blackmage ... they may give him a stroke.
@OP: imagine if you were en engineer student who just started your first freshman semester. You look at a project and thought this gonna take a lot of effort to do. Then you see an industrial specialist with 30 years of experience takes one look at the specfication and solve the project like it's a casual algebra problem. You probably think they must use black magic.
OP did not deliver. They have been asked to provide their proof, IE the stream of it happening. The only thing OP has provided is a video of other people getting banned for modding, and the wikis for the fights that they are questioning. Once people found out what the fight and mechanic was, they explained that the mechanic is 100% predictable. There is no way to know if the tank was cheating. If OP would post the steam that they say proves this, then we could make a more detailed explanation. Unfortunate side of that would be, if the other tank isn't cheating, then the OP would out themselves on their main account and thus would have to take accountability.
I took the liberty of checking out the Cactbot code which covers this ability.Serial-jointed Command Model: Energy Assualt.
Please tell me how you determine the "tell" of which player this aoe targets to allow the cheater to move 5+ seconds ahead of time away from them before anyone else knows who the target is? Please tell me how! I want to know this "tell" you claim to know regarding this specific mechanic I observed!
It looks like Cactbot just spits out a 'Get Behind' when the specific ability 'Starts Using' in the combat log, so it doesn't actually seem to be a case of it accessing information that is obfuscated to the player.
That is to say, this is not an instance where Cactbot usage would actually be apparent.

Clearly if you react to an ability before even cactbot does, you must be extra cheating! /sI took the liberty of checking out the Cactbot code which covers this ability.

Using your brain is cheating
We are literally time traveling for the NPC: he is there, waiting for us, in an eternal loop. We already killed that NPC multiples times but he doens't know yet. Then we go and using our knowledge from a previous timeline we kill it again. Cheaters.
One-time entry for every instance is good enough to make it fair. Every drop is 100% for every player.
take note
hope is the first step on the road to disappointment
