There's a survey for the 10th anniversary up on the lodestone. They ask about your main job and have a 500 character section that you could probably use to forward feedback about it. Also the last question is on what you feel about XIV, iirc, so could be an opportunity to express dissatisfaction with the game in general. Chances are that it'll probably be dismissed and the main job choice will just be used to inflate whatever metrics they use so they can double down on their current design philosophy though.
