Do you try to kick them? I usually initiate a vote kick if i see someone afk and often it goes through.

Ppl afk during fl is super annoying, i guess the event and roulette attracts ppl who whould rather not play pvp but just want tomes and exp but i think it is still better than it was before, when i started to play pvp in 2015 i had to wait 40-120 min for a game to pop (8v8v8 o.O)...
