I’d rather they didn’t delete the fairy outright, it’s been there a decade and look at the mess they made of this recent summoner rework with its similar change in direction.

If ever there is a frogmancer it should be permitted to summon omega.

I love my Selene fairy (mostly because that's the name of my niece) but I was really happy they let us glam fairies into carbuncles. As an Arcanist main (I play both Scholar and Summoner), carbie has been with me since day 1.

What I would suggest is that we get to choose more colors for our pets or at least Carbuncles and Eos. We have the White Carbuncle from Alphinaud so it's a safe bet they can add way more colors. Same can be applied to Fairies. Eos has this yellowish white glow so they can just keep that base form and just make have other color options.

In my personal opinion I'm all for White and Blue glows! gimme more colors!

To be fair, I would prefer if they just decoupled the pixie from Scholar altogether. It doesn't fit a military tactician. I would much rather if they made a nature-themed healer and gave that pixie to them.

Slighty tangent to the OP, but I'd probably dig SCH more if we had unique options to glamour instead of just the Carbuncle.

The introduction of Carbuncle Glamour for the fairy really makes the sky the limit for how we shape the aether that holds the fairy consciousness. Why not Porxies, Gaelikittens, Imps, etc too

I want to summon the scuffed porxie. Like, not Alisaies where it looks bad but becomes a regular one when imbued (because 'it matters only what is in the creators mind' or whatever), I want one that looks really goofy, bucktoothed, droopy eye, one of those comical snot-drops hanging from it's nose, etc
