The real problem is that, in the majority of dungeons, trash mobs are so weak that wall pulls are easily doable. Why pull slower when there's no reason not to just get it all over with?

There are some higher lv dungeons that are not w2w friendly, unless tank/heal are both competent... which is not always the case.

Come on SE, more dyeable mogstore npc outfits and 60/70 alliance raid gear. Do them all.
The only dungeons I can think of are the ones with the massive w2w pulls like Mt Gulg, and usually people are aware of it. I personally enjoy the massive w2w pulls, but it's not uncommon to see healers/tanks decide between themselves that they don't want to.
That's more of the exception and not the rule in 50+ content.
Besides that, if I'm tanking in any content that's not msq roulette, then I'm probably playing WAR. Usually get jinxed with a healer that overheals and don't DPS but sometimes I do get very special healers and it's good to be able to do things on my own with ease, especially when dps is so awful that I'm pressing BW 3 times a pack.
That's the real problem, and the reason why those sort of threads are created.
People don't pay attention to who they are playing with, like in any other online game, nothing new.
When running roulette dungeons it is usual to run into people geared enough or largely overgeared making tanking wall to wall and aggressive healer dps easy.
Then for many that habit becomes the norm - things go wrong when you meet a less seasonned/prepared player.
This is especially true for later leveling dungeons - it can become pretty hard to heal or tank the lvl 79/89 dungeons when they still only wear the 400/530 tomestone gear set.
Even pulling wall to wall an expert roulette dungeon could prove challenging for a new tank/healer pair that just met the required min ilvl.
I don't often meet those new players though, so when I do I usually just take a breath and slow down...
You open the door theres nothing in sight. You close the door wondering whats in sight. But lets be honest its probably gonna just let you down.
