Just my look on it.
Positives:
-No more having to wait around forever to have a party.
-Able to enter content much more quickly
-Fantastic for people with bussy lives who just want to get in a quick run


Negatives:
-Anyone who dosn't use it will have even more trouble finding a local party.
-Could be damaging to a server comunity when all you do is play with people you may never see again.
-Beurocratic in nature, it can take away from the idea of the world as alive by being overly systematic and mechanical.
-More push towards instanced quick content could mean a push away from long term chalenges and open world content

This is pretty much my view on it and personally for me the negatives far outweigh the positives.
