Can we NG+ Festival quests?

I support this, this could allow for more complex story telling year to year. Or even help us if we forgot who the characters are in the first place. They could even make the new game plus story only available when the season is up to keep it special...

The only real problem would be seasonal fates... they all tend to take place at the same spots and would overlap, unless they somehow change fates so they don't appear unless you are at a certain point in a quest and only appear to those players and not globally, or instances. Not sure what would be better /simpler programming.

Agree; the little 30 seconds of will-they-won’t they from the two pirate captains in this summers event is probably a complete mystery to people considering the last time that plot line saw the light of day was what…3 years ago valentiones?

No reason not to let people see/experience it. Just make an NPC do a “tell me how this festival went before” and get some options to echo-mind-read the cinematics.
