That literally isn't true. The same NPC that changes the Snow/Lightning glam exchanges any gender locked glam from the mog station. No, the most annoying thing is that glamours are all seperated by gender and no way to exchange them (except the snow/lightning outfit). Started as a catboy, bought a mog glam (that is not the snow/lightning outfit) and then decided to play female characters? Enjoy buying all the stuff again!

Yeah. We kind of lose the ability to push for that change every time someone buys something in the Mogstation, though.
There's echoes of this further when you buy dye, a consumable you can obtain in game, that will earn more money once you have to double dye pieces of gear in DT.
How about this. Let's organize. If you want account wide Mogstation Purchases:
1. Don't purchase on the Mogstation until they change it
2. Post here that you won't, and on social media @ SE that you won't
3. Tell all your friends that you're doing it and invite them to stand with you.
Let's make a statement.

Yup needs MTX Dresser like PoE does it, and even though everything else about the game seems pretty rough and not to my taste BDO blew my mind with the ability to purchase pieces of the outfit such as shoes or helmet separately. I don't need the whole outfit sometimes. It's weird because they literally have account wide online store mounts as well as vet reward costumes that all get mailed to any alts you create.
Yeah we should get it, but MMO gamers are so beaten down at this point that they'll happily get quadruple-fleeced by the subscription purchase, the expansion purchase, the cash shop purchase, and then the cash shop REpurchase for the alt.
And let's not forget account shared mounts, which get to be double the price "because they're account shared!" even though for most people this isn't a factor in their purchasing decision and of course there's no option to buy a cheaper one that isn't account-wide. Notice how we get account-wide content where it's inconvenient but not where it'd be helpful? All by design. You expect it in f2p games that need to do this sort of thing because there's no revenue coming in elsewhere, but it's sad to see it in a game that's b2p+sub imo.
