So I've finally hit a new record guys. It is actually possible to wipe to the trash set before Angry Mango in World of Dankness if no one interrupts the chimeras, get a bunch of people frozen, and then get to the next set without tanks doing aggro management.

I can only do so much with my 50 kit as a whm.

That feeling when you see the interruptible castbar going, with a tank and 2 ranged dps in the party, but you're just a healer....

Can't you stun those Chimera? I haven't seen them get far into the cast bar without it being cancelled in a while(not that I stick around often when I see it's a CT raid), but pretty sure you can stun them.

Exactly what they meant. Tanks, melee and ranged have stuns. Healer does not.

Holy spam is usually long enough to allow entire alliance raid murder all 3 chimeras unless about half of the raid is asleep.

Oh yeah holy stuns... sry i mostly leveled my white mage with PVP.

If i recall correctly than it is usually expected for a tank to stun. If another stun is needed shortly after it is expected to be done by a dps (in a group with 1 tank). So that not all stun skills are wasted on one enemy. But yeah - they could have holy'd that chimey.

Sadly, the number of times people other than tanks stun/interrupt anything in most duties I have been in for the past few months can be counted without any hands or feet. The majority of the time people are expecting someone else to do it, or don't bother grabbing that role action.

What's even better is that we had 6 physical ranged in the party plus the three tanks and NONE OF THEM HIT INTERJECT/HEAD GRAZE. Holy stun spam worked until it did not.

much the same as the number of people who don't use Arm's Length/Surecast to avoid knockbacks.... it's a pet peeve of mine.

Congrats on finally getting 10 commendations, you poor unloved DPS fellow...

(Yes, it occurred to me maybe they boosted to 90, but I checked them out on Lodestone afterward and they also have a couple other jobs leveled to 70/80. How??)
