They're gonna need to provide some incentive for people to not go the easy route/stick to their adjusted habit. Otherwise it will just be loopholed. For example, I am a mentor so I automatically have NN access on any server I go to. I could easily just go in there and pay someone to host it for me since most people will do anything for gil. Therefore, creating an opportunity for Aether natives to profit off of members from the other DCs (pay me for quick access or go back to your home DC and wait).

Should provide some form of buff to what you receive from roulettes in your home DC, otherwise nothing is really gonna change unless we get cross-DC queues so people can actually stay on their DC and still get content done.
