If 5 people queue for CC at the exact same time, they're more likely to get dumped into the same team together. Similarly for FL, if two 4 man teams queue up at the exact same time, the queue system seems to prefer to shove those two teams together in the same alliance, if not the same full party even.
There also appears to be some potential further manipulation of the queue going on, but I don't entirely understand how or why it works. More often than not if I end up in an FL match against a blatantly obvious full party premade on an opposing team, there's also a very high chance that the team I ended up on started the match short by several players. This could be related to some method of manipulating the queue, by having several people queue for frontlines to get a match to pop, but then not actually accepting the match. Maybe the dropped players somehow persuades the queue into matching queue syncers together on the same team, I'm not sure. It's entirely possible it's coincidence, or maybe actually more proof of the prior issue of the way the queue system fills out teams. It just seems too happen together too often not to notice a pattern.
