How do you know it's a man, and that he doesn't take showers?
Just how often to you smell what someone's puttin' down?
And is it an Akiko from Action Girlz Racing sort of situation, or are you trying to find a way to bottle that pungency for resale?
I get its funny to clown on the cal-arts wolf guy for being an idiot but lets be real, covid was going to be at that con no matter what you did.
Yeah, that's kind of why I got travel insurance with covid/illness coverage, so I could isolate if necessary and avoid flying while sick.

Are there actually people who still think tests and staying home work? That's hilarious. The entire western world was on lock down with travel restrictions and it didn't stop the virus because it spreads before carriers even show any symptoms.
I tested negative for a few days with mild and worsening symptoms, including a headache and chills. My first positive test was after I developed a fever.
It's certainly possible to test negative and still be sick and possibly contagious, as you note. Are there actually people who still think tests and staying home work? That's hilarious. But if you feel sick (and/or have a positive test), staying home still sounds like a pretty good idea. Not just for covid, but also for flu, etc.
As someone else noted, it's also a drag when you are exposed to bad colds/flu/covid/etc. at work or school and end up catching whatever because the powers that be insist that people show up regardless of how sick they might be.

How many of the people who think they caught the infection during fan fest did a test before going? None. Yet the incubation time can be much longer than 2 days and they could've already been infected beforehand.
And the guy left after the keynote 1st day and didn't return because by that point he felt sick enough to know that something was wrong.

One covid infection has damaged my heart and left me with high blood pressure. I'm half the person I was.
I am sorry to hear that. I was left with nerve damage that permanently screwed up my sense of smell.
Cooking meat smells like rotting meat to me.
Water smells like chemicals.
etc
Nothing smells like it should.
Not near the problems you have from COVID but it is life changing and makes day to day a struggle.
