Healer isn't more approachable going by numbers. The issue is the fact that healing is just a bad leftover from prior MMO designs where people had to firehose heal others to keep things going. Also pretty sure healers just stopped wanting to be healers during Abyssos savage due to the same reasons that are now plaguing Anabesios. Personally I preferred having things the way they were in shadowbringers more so than what they did in this expansion to make things "tighter".
