    Read what it says, it says make an XP party with the purpose of XPing inside a dungeon or instance.

    It's basically like signing up for Toto-rak at lvl 30 and gaining XP at the same time.

    I just hope they plan to allow us to make a 4/8 party and then join the content finder to find the last 4 people.

    I did read what it says
    "In 2.0's content finder you will be able to party easily with people from other worlds to do leveling OR raid dungeons"
