    Either you have to action his account for 3rd party addon usage, and then you have to action everyone else for the same thing.

    Or you overlook this as well since this was caused the addon they turn a blind eye to.

    The reason "housing tools" are used in a reasonable manner is because it's used in an isolated instanced space. Once you are able to decor within a shared space, complaints of eyesores will crop up.

    Creating an eyesore isnt reportable in itself and using add-on that you turn a blind eye to isnt itself a reportable offense unless you plan to action everyone else for the same.

    This thread comes down to. "Someone is using an addon that is against ToS to create an eyesore that not against the ToS, so action the account that technically isnt breaking the rules but please dont touch the addon that allowed them to place it there that is against the ToS!"
