There is indeed a cookbook on the SE store that you can purchase to make irl recipes of in-game items. There is also an FFXIV themed Cafe in Japan which also bakes similar recipes from that very same book. Both have been around for several years now.

If someone is saying thanks for something small, why do you have to come in and try to crap on them for it?

It doesn't affect you by someone saying thanks or whatever.

At least they're saying for people to get up and be a little bit active, since sitting down at the computer for hours at a time is bad for your well being.

Yep this sort of stuff is really harmless, the cookbook has been out a while and the amount of merch crossovers they've done this is like nothing of concern. This doesn't affect anyone its a harmless video
