She didn't die though. Granted, it is implied that she adopted her bird form permanently, but regardless - post Endsinger, the Scions clearly stated that Meteion had visited the Ragnarok/them to let them know that the Warrior of Light was on their way back, though she wasn't aware of the death battle occurring between the WoL and Zenos at the time.
And it's implied - or we're supposed to assume - that it is her we see taking flight following the scene where the Scions 'part ways'.

I just really hope that we won't see her ever again in the future same thing for Zenos but it seems like nothing dies in this game is too gentle for that

Not sure it would make much difference if we did; her "before I fall forever silent" comment does tend to suggest that, even if we did see her, it'd be in her bird form.
