





Isn't the consolation prize amount higher than the ticket price? I assume they get past the gambling aspect by the fact that you can't even lose MGP on it as long as you remember to hand in your ticket.The only reason the Cactpot was even able to circumvent gambling laws (aside from the lotto being treated separately from other gambling in many places) is because of the fact that it uses MGP instead of gil as MGP is seen as a 'ticket' currency one would get at an arcade rather than real currency.
