Can we please not? Can Ranked keep at least one single unique thing tied to it that isn't carbon copy portrait borders seven seasons in a row?

I rather rank just not exist at all. But if it's going to have any rewards, they absolutely should never go back to the silly Top 100 method. Especially in a game mode abused by bots, cheaters, and win traders. Let's stop enticing bad behavior with unique rewards.

Because the Top 100 was "always" about cheaters, bots and win traders, NOBODY could possibly be legit. Clearly, being actually good at what you were doing NEVER mattered and such qualificiation would not be enough to net you a high rank.

It blows my f-ing mind how you can even say what you said without actually joking. If you want more importance on cheating being dealt with, for starters you actually want more people engaging with your system so people can climb by just repeatedly playing rather than having to rely on wintrading - you do that by incentivising people of all ranks to play so there is an actual ecosystem of players. With more players around, more ingame reports can be generated against bad actors as more witness cheaters in action.

Crystal Conflict is unfair, it's filled with cheaters, and any sort of incentive they try to entice me to play it with a carrot on a stick rewards makes me puke. Until they actually make the mode fun and enjoyable and TOP actually achievable without playing RNG tug-of-war, my stance will not change. I'd be happier if they scrapped the whole thing down and reworked PvP to just be more fun. But instead of that, they overvalue the rank side things and every single other PvP mode ever made has to suffer for it.

I am deeply sorry if you do not enjoy how Crystalline Conflict plays, I cannot do anything within my power to make you enjoy it more nor would I want to because it would feel like an effort spent in vain, as you made it very clear.

With how much you are essentially posting how you don't care for ranked rewards, incentivisation of Ranked and would be happier if they scrapped Ranked altogether and reworked PvP again for a hypothetical audience as a complete shot in the dark to "just be more fun" without realizing that what exists right now might be fun for other people than yourself and other people who might think along your lines, don't you think it is borderline selfish to have the hopes and expectations you have for it? Have you considered that you simply aren't the target audience for Ranked Crystalline Conflict if you hate everything it stands for?

The fun I and various others have from Ranked is not subtractive from your fun gameplay wise - if you take issue with Frontline / Rival Wings balance, chances are Limit Break charging and passive mitigation % is completely whack there, CC/Ranked has nothing to do with this. If it is about rewards, no offense, "boo hoo". Someone who wants someone else to not have something because they can't get it otherwise because they don't want to engage with it can go fart in a box and smell them for all I care.

While I can sympathize that indeed, the rng tug-of-war is real unless you're playing the proper jobs AND are a top 30 player in terms of skills to literally carry every game besides the doomed ones, you realize that if you make it possible to carry a lot harder, it will widen the gap of skills between players dramatically and more than it currently is, which in turn will make the highest leagues so much harder to reach if you don't perform very well right? The current tug of war is actually one of the best system for bad players to actually climb up, rng or no rng. The amount of players I see in diam that don't "deserve" to be there is staggering.

Now I'm not saying that you're bad at that mode, mind you, and i'm sorry if it sounded like that. But you'd certainly need to pour a certain amount of time and practice in a system where skill gaps are much more obvious and valued in order to progress up.
