If I may ask, for this setup you describe here, is there no need for +Magic Accuracy besides what's normally found on your Hands?

A Naked BLM will have around 407-413 MACC depending on race and stat allocation (MND vs. PIE). If you have BV Minuet of Rigor, you'll get +86, which gives you at the very minimum 493 MACC for the fight. This should be enough to cap Miser. So even the +9 on Mage's Halfgloves is probably not necessary.

Great thread, thanks for posting this info! Even for a newbie like me it feels useful just to get a feel for what to aim for in the future

I did 23INT/22MND. I'm pretty sure if you polled every R50 THM/BLM that setup would be the most popular by a good margin.
