As much as I get you, I warned you even when we talked back then that moving to a different crystal world would change nothing, I know it doesnt feel good, but if you dont want to move you really should consider maybe making an alt on dynamis if you'd rather keep your main on crystal, at least that'd let you bid on mediums/larges with a lot less bids so more chances, you can decorate it to your heart's content and at least you stay with your friends on crystal. It really is the only solution at this point in time because you and I both know the bids wont get any better anytime soon as people keep relocating around.

As expected the large got overtaken in bids because its a shiro and also a large so that was bound to be completely overrun by people, perhaps try your chance on the goblet 12 or 38, but anything above is pretty much a lost cause, that's just my opinion though.

For the sake of comparing both just to prove the point about moving from bad to as bad, this is Balmung as of today, the large got the same amount of bids as the Mateus one, the goblets meds have bids, but large wise not much difference, as I said, you moved from one bad to another bad, it changed nothing

Honestly NEVER bid on a large with any expectations. I am assuming your after a personal.
Heck even wrangling a FC large when you hit it with 30+ bids is challenging in my experience.

Yeah, i mean i recently came ot Mateus, to join my friends and so far, i'm having a lot of fun! im just curious what to go for in terms of a personal house.

Mediums and larges are always going to get a ton of bids, because there’s always going to be less of them available just by the way the wards are designed. When I go around looking at smalls in my preferred neighborhood, I’m keeping track of how many bids each plot gets each round to try to judge its popularity and make my choice of what to bid on. But that really only helps when you have a decent supply in any given lotto cycle. The problem with mediums and larges is that a lot of people will bid on them just because they’re the only medium or large available.

Right now on Bryn LB we have a record 14 smalls open. Everything has at least 1 bid, there’s a few coin tosses, and the obvious top choice is in first place with 9 bids last I checked. Second place is a grade 3 plot with 8 bids. lol We only had one medium and large up this round, and they’re seeing about equal bids right now: 111 & 124. Last time there were more bids on the single medium than the single large, but it was a 41, and this round’s medium is an 11.

If you’re willing to wait it out trying for a medium or large, especially on Crystal, just know it could be awhile… *hugs* I can’t imagine what it must be like bidding on something with 100+ bids! The only “comfort” is that it’s all RNG anyway, so you have as much chance as the hundred other people. The other Crystal worlds aren’t as bad as Balmung, but you’re still going to see high competition. But I’m wishing you luck anyways! <3

I finally won a small! Not my dream plot, but my second choice and I’m very happy with it. It’s a LB 45 and it has a little wishing well in front. It was a coin toss between me and one other bidder and I actually won. I’m still kind of in shock. lol At least I’m in the size I want now, so I’ll be content. I’ll still try for the dream plot when I see it, but other than that, I’m done with lottos!

Do I still want instanced housing so everyone can have the house they want? Yep. Just because I got something I can be happy with doesn’t mean I don’t feel for everyone else dealing with this limited supply. It’s been about 8 months of this frustrating cycle for me, and a lot longer than that for others!
