DRK doesn't have a 90s mitigation that isn't rampart, Dark mind is a 60s.
"Every tank has one so GNB should have one" and then we'll complain about tanks beings the same.

Technically Oblation fits that bill. I say technically because while it's 10% mitigation, it's also incredibly lackluster and you get it so late to where it's pretty forgettable (seriously SE, give it to DRK at level 58, when we don't have TBN).

Oblation is a 60s and can be thrown at allies, it's not the same as Camouflage, Thrill of Battle or Bulwark.

Also, I can understand why SQEX won't buff Oblation, a 15% mitigation on 60s you can throw at allies and that can stack 2 charges would be a bit too strong.
