Please more housing wards soon. And no more FC/Private Hybrid.

What MMO did you have in mind? ESO does have good housing. SWTOR has a housing system which offers variety but also relies on a hook system so you're pretty limited on decorating creativity. I hear a lot of praise for Runescape's housing (have zero experience with that game) but Runescape almost means old school graphics, which can be a big turn off for many.

But it seems strange that you would give up everything you've accomplished here when you could transfer to Dynamis to get a house and not give up anything other than your current apartment (if you have one). And SE would even compensate you for the loss of the apartment.


Yuniko admitted in another thread they have a house. Even asked about hiring a decorator for it.

What's got Yuniko frustrated is trying to relocate to a more desirably plot. And admittedly, transferring to Dynamis at this point may not yield something better.

We've run into the point where it's hard to tell who is complaining because they do not have a house at all, and who is complaining because they can't relocate to a plot they would prefer to have.

Yes. I do have a house a Small one, i've lived in a small for over 5 years now. so whoopie! And yes i am trying to relocate. But no luck. *hugs*

I'm not complaining about people, it's the system. And it's not simply i don't WANT to transfer instantly. It's as you said.. i would have to leave a lot of friends, history, etc behind... and TLDR. as a person who is prone to emotions quite often, it hurts having to leave friends behind. So in my mind i worry, a lot and often.

I'm not angry or upset or anything, just frustrated with the system of the housing. I just wish that IF 100% guaranteed transfering to dynamis would 100% guarantee a house without having to bid against anyone else, maybe... but right now... it's sadly not a chance :/

It literally is guaranteed if you move, I did it myself, I even relocated from one shiro plot to another shiro plot on Halicarnassus 2 weeks ago, I had 0 bidders agaisnt me.

I will repeat :

If you transfer to Dynamis, you are GUARANTEED a house, except if you go on Seraph, every other world has empty houses with 0 bids in all areas.

I will gladly go around with you and check out all the plots that are available just to prove you wrong.

Just throwing this out there. Making an FC house isn't the luxury you are pushing it to be. 1. You have to leave your current FC 2. If you use an alt's FC, your main has to leave their current FC to teleport to the house 3. Friends can't teleport to the house this way. 4. Owning a personal means you AND your friends can teleport to your house AND you can still be with your friends in an FC.

Stop these dumb alternatives, there's a reason a lot of us want PERSONAL ownership.

Then as I said, you are on your own and good luck with getting a house, I personally have 0 sympathy for people refusing to move DC and crying over and over again weeks after weeks that they're not getting a house, but at the same time gladly ignoring that they can make an FC, but also that they can just move to Dynamis.

And my message to anyone not believing that you can get a house in a single round on Dynamis (except Seraph), please, my character name and world is on the left, send me a private message and I will gladly go around with you and show you how easy it is to get one, and I dont mean an FC, I mean a personal house.

There are no guaranteed larges on Dynamis. The only guaranteed larges, last I checked, were on Oceania but the lag is absolutely awful for me.

Well duh, if you wanted a guaranteed large (or even a specific large or medium) you are months late to the party, the first 2 or 3 rounds had larges with 0 bids, that one is on you though not on the game or its housing system, I am talking about getting a house in general, not getting your favorite plot or plot and size

I think MOST people complaining about housing want a medium/large. Anecdotally, I have never heard of anyone in my friend group/FC complain about availability of smalls, it's always the bigger sizes.

And there will never be enough mediums and larges for everybody, however a lot of the complaints at least from what I can see (except if people arent clear about what they want) is that they want a house in general and not a particular size, I myself was unable to get a house back on Sargatanas no matter the size, which is why I ended up moving to Dynamis because it was tiresome

With that said I do think they should keep adding new wards pretty regularly on old worlds (so not the new ones, dynamis,alpha,sagi etc) but on old ones, they should be added every month or so or every few months at least, the housing system is terrible in that regard, that I will agree with. Having to wait years for a few new wards is pretty.. pathetic and disappointing to say the least

yep. And i'm stubborn, i'm sorry for not moving, but i have everything on Balmung, but for what it matters i'm planing to move to Mateus, to join some friends there And try and see if my house luck is better there!
