Both rolling over the concerns and opinions of the garleans with 0 mercy and pushing for friendly relations and equal trade agreements are realistic in the sense of this has happened in the real world. Very simplified: end of world war 1 saw massive reperation demands towards germany while end of world war 2 saw the building of a common trade market that has ended a bloody history of inter european war.

It wasn't unrealistic at all. They're already wary of us and think we would behave in exactly that way. Many of them are just waiting for it to happen. The last thing we should do is give truth to that opinion. The gains with Garlemald relations are because everyone has been careful to do everything possible to allow them to retain their agency.

Both of these opinions couldn’t be more wrong and off the mark for one simply reason. No one is seeking reparations from garlemald or to punish them. That is why informing them why the tower was being used is the realistic thing to do.

I dont know, Ath. I literally dont know, none of us do. One possible outcome is she CANT leave, and will have to stay on the Thirteenth. Its possible. Go ahead and quote me, i dont really care, but then again Im not going to speculate on content that hasnt even been released yet. Or Vrtra may decide to stay with her. Or she kills Golbez, and they BOTH die, or she goes after Zeromus and helps keep him imprisoned forever.

My take is we CANT kill Zeromus, what we may wind up doing is ( and this is in another post of mine ) trapping him within the brands, with the Watcher taking over the same role as he had with Zodiark. A guardian. A sentry.

The MSQ had a few huge surprises, so Im not prepared to say this is what WILL happen. We dont know.

I'm... not sneering?? Where are you getting that out of my text lmao. And why roll your eyes at my comment about the politicians? No different than the jackass politicians in the real world letting their people rot while they live in luxury, hence my want to drop them* (*not the kids, ftr, I'm not that terrible) in a lake to fend for themselves for a while. I'm American, most of our politicians are old dudes who are out of touch, much like the dude who was all "ew don't touch me you filthy Savage" so for me the correlation is there. He didn't care about anyone else's wellbeing, he only cared about himself while the other one was looking toward the future. But we do know Vel. And right after we all head back to the source laughing our butts off and calling it a day a rainbow is going to appear and horde of unicorns will come to personally hand us the winning lottery ticket that we'll use to cure world hunger.

And then, we are going to use the space ship in old sharlayan to restore every single planet that Metion wrecked because everyone needs to be redeemed. All while the disbanded Scions of the 7th Dawn keep coming back together for "One last ride" just like Vin diesel in the fast series.
