Just to clarify for those that weren't on XI at the time these were released, you didn't get access to these emotes by being on the job. To unlock them, you had to be level 30 of the job you were using, and do a Trial of the Magians fetch quest--fetching "common" Rare/Ex items like Damselfly Worm, Magicked Skull, Torn Epistle, etc. After that was complete, you got a Lv.30 choker with decent stats, and unlocked the job emote for access on any job.

Since it's so easy to level in this game, I think it would be better to make them available only while on the job.. I mean it's not like we can't switch jobs/classes- at any time to access the other ones, but if the requirement was just Lv.25 or 30 of a job, and a fetch quest, I figure we'd all have all of them, making them a little bet less special than in XI (where not everyone had all 30+ jobs...well, before Abyssea).
