How does this guy keep making more alts ? I keep blocking them but they pop en masse. And you still see the thread titles of people you block...

How? He has a mass of disposable income, or he's an rmt bot. My bet is the latter. His characters on jenova are always "busy" at gathering nodes.
I usually didn't mind him that much but it's getting really excessive.
It's already hard to justify paying one sub these days so I have no idea how he can throw so much money into forum trolling.
He just needs to wear a fake mustache in the profile pics so we can’t tell it’s him.
I went in with a group of friends, in voice chat. P9N we one shotted. P10N was definitely way harder, but I think we only had two wipes before figuring out the new wacky mechanics, and we agreed it was a pretty fun fight. A couple of waymarks and assigning general directions for towers made a big difference.
P11N we wiped once but a lot of those mechanics were variations on stuff we've already seen so it was pretty easy to figure out and it was just bad luck we wiped.
P12 was..... something. I think we had four wipes before clearing. But we eventually figured out how to zombie it until at least the tanks were alive for the last 5% to clear it.
Caveats: We all went in blind with no clue what was coming. However, many of us have been raiding together for years - two of us decades dating back to FFXI. Since we were on VC, it was pretty easy for us to stop after a wipe an analyze.
If you aren't with a pre made group and don't want to risk being embarrassed in a PF with randos, then don't go in on the first day blind. Wait until the various raiders have made their own guides.
This is unfortunately just wrong and a misunderstanding on your end, MSQ is the story mode. No ifs ands or buts about it. If the developers wanted you to play through it because its a part of the story then they would make it mandatory. They did precisely that with the Crystal Tower raid going from optional to required. While Pandaemonium may be heavily connected to Elpis and the ending cutscene we saw at the end of 6.0, it was and is never going to be a main part of the story and if the player wanted they could just ignore it and move on and be no less knowledgeable about the main story. It's why the Eden raid tier was not required despite debatably being even more a part of the "story" due to the connection to Ryne.
If the developers want to make the story mode of the game as easy as it can be so everyone can enjoy it, thats fine. But if Normal Raids are completely optional then the developers should have the freedom to make them more difficult and expect more from the players to work through them. I mean you didn't even mention Extremes in your note about end game content which is by farrrrr harder than any normal raid so are they story mode content as well?
Had no issue really. It's all about trial and error until you get the fight memorized and in line with your role.
I just get stressed out easily and I wish there was something easier...We all were new and had to do it at one point or another.
I came in during ShB so had all of the mechs from ARR-SB to learn on top of whatever was current in ShB. If you want a reward from something, you have to put in the effort to get it. So what if you die a lot? Ask questions or watch a video to get the clarity you need to improve. The fights are chaotic but they're really not that difficult. Push yourself, that's all. Asking for them to be dumbed down even further would cause more problems than solve imo.
Thanks for the tip and being kind. This is the first time I'm doing a raid when it just came out and the experience kind of scarred me :/I went in with a group of friends, in voice chat. Next time I'll wait a few days for guides to come out.
