Why is there a "children's bed" mount?

I ask for a silk moth mount, which I know most would love and does appeal to our inner child. Instead, we get a children's bed. With the whoa is me aside, who TF asked for this??

There are players who probably do want this. Also they don't need to only release mounts upon-request; the dev's could have just thought it was a cute and fun idea.

I think it's cute. I still have plushes from my childhood. I had a girl ask me for one when we graduated college to remember me by and I told her no, it's over. It's still in my closet. lol
