So……that’s the big update?…Instead of showing a screenshot of the colour or saying vertical row 4 / horizontal 5…….
Alright…..helps a lot more than actually getting more customisations right?………. thanks SE, you really listened.

I haven't been following everything super closely lately but did they say there was going to be a big update to character creation/customization this patch? If so then I guess this is pretty disappointing, otherwise it's just a small QoL update.
