It sounds like now you can do it through the old glamour prism interface and it will draw items from the dresser and armoire into that list.
expensive? i bought that bed for 900k gil...The only one in the game is bloody hard to get, even harder to get the damned mats for and is horribly expensive.
Enchanted Elm is 500 EACH on Kujata alone. You need 3 AND cloudsbreath.
The bed as a mount is 1.5 million..that may have something to do with it
This is even better news
along with
and
Yessss....

Getting 1.5 million is quicker and easier than doing Zurvan for weeks. And the mounts from unreals tend to go for 9-11 million anyway.
In other news, there is no technical debt from 1.0.
"We don't have ... a technological issue that was carried over from 1.0, because ARR was meant to kind of discard what we had from 1.0 and rebuild it from the engine."

Huzzah, new hair for bunnies and lions. Fudge me tho for new housing stuff.

I am not sure how I feel about this patch tbh...the gear does not really do much for me and the mounts just look like what we have already. I almost got a bit excited when I saw new hairstyles have been added, then I realised it is for Hroth and Viera.
Now I know they are really lacking, the Hroth especially and they should be given because they really let the races down, but come on the last decent long hair they gave was in Shadowbringers! It seems because they made the races half finished they are playing catch up and leaving the other races with hairstyles from 2010. From the lack of nice gear and also just reskinning it seems they are not really that bothered anymore. I do not use mods and never would but I have to say I can understand why people do if this is all we can get in 2023.
I have no comment on the patch notes. 6.4 is kind of underwhelming for me personally since I don't care about savage raiding or BLU. But this:
Spitting facts tbh. The cosmetic side of things has been sorely lacking and player made content makes up for it in a big way. Even if most of it is just ported from other games, it's still... stuff. Customization stuff. That people are desperately craving. Just saying, SE, if you don't want cosmetic modders having a foothold in your game, maybe step it up, idk. Even from just a moneymaking perspective, this game's full of missed opportunities for the company. If I were in charge of this department, I'd legit just sell a school uniform set that was actually form fitting, and came with a plaid skirt option and some leggings or pantyhose or something to go underneath. The top might be a cute cardigan or something, and it'd all be dyeable. The actual "top" part would consist of the cardigan and the skirt; the "bottom" would just be the pantyhose. In this way, players who obtained this set could mix and match pantyhose into their existing sets since people have been low key wanting this for a while. Then I'd put it in the shop as a giga bundle for 50 dollars and proceed to make enough money to make the game free to play for years if I wanted to. There'd be an option for males as well and it'd be a cute af blazer set or something, but men could also buy the skirt if they wanted, and vice versa.
Like seriously, they clearly don't care about keeping any kind of coherent fantasy theme anyway (we have sweaters, cars, flying balloons, polka dot swimsuits, etc) so they might as well give people what they want. And this is me taking the cynical moneymaking approach. In a "Right thing to do" kind of sense, you're a damn buy to play subscription based game that offers nothing for months at a time. Doing better would mean literally lifting a finger. All this cash shop cosmetic shit should be in the base game.

They're not even playing catch up very well. I didn't know Yoshi-P's "10 year plan for FFXIV" was actually just how he gets Viera and Hroths to have equal features to the others.I am not sure how I feel about this patch tbh...the gear does not really do much for me and the mounts just look like what we have already. I'm sure when both (or at least Hrothgar for sure) won't be on equal footing after 10 years, he'll shed some more crocodile tears while doing the usual "Please understand".

Uh oh, SCH has been nerfed (not really but..)
Bye bye Selene, hello faerie glamour.

When I first heard they were going to implement Fairy glamour, I thought maybe they would give us some new colour options for it. Like, wouldn't that be nice? Doesn't seem like it would be that hard.
But no. Fake Carbuncle. Why? Were people asking for this?
