Welp, both are totally going to get nerfed in the healing department due to that.

This video has only been out for an hour, so there's no way to know how SE will respond, but at this time, I don't strongly believe there will be any action taken within 24 hours, if any action is taken at all.

I could foresee them nerfing the healing potency on their actions quickly, since that's a quick number change and may not take much to adjust. Hell, they may not bother checking how it will effect things since they don't exactly want the tanks to focus on healing.
