    I don't actually think Zero is a particularly good example of androgyny representation, to be perfectly honest. Maybe it's just me, but she still feels noticeably feminine? Her face and voice in particular stand out to me, my brain immediately thinks "This is a woman, who has the courage to wear what she wishes to". No confusion necessary.

    If the intent was androgyny or nonbinary representation, I daresay they put in the barest minimum of effort. But then perhaps I have my standards set a tad too high.

    Zero's armor is simply just a male midlander's body, with a convenient cover for her neck so you don't see that it doesn't actually align.
