Rival Wings balancing needs a major rework.

If a job is "neutered" without it's LB then you don't really know how to play it. The fact that post initial charge BLM always has LB running makes it a perfect poster child for the imbalance. BLM is really strong when you sequence correctly and don't go solo diving the enemy teams but when you have your LB up it basically negates the majority of the danger as you can free cast while chasing or retreating. Most people use their LB incorrectly anyway so it's kind of disingenuous to say it's central to play.

This is RW, some jobs are extremely reliant on their lb to fill their niche, and they're significantly less menacing without it, to the point of what I said precisely because of how lb generation works.

And because of the smaller pool of players grinding the game mode, and it being more niche, there are many good people who use their LB to great effect, and they're very centralizing.
