Rival Wings balancing needs a major rework.

I mean I've already said it over and over. The skill ceiling is too high on SAM for most of the player base. And that's a shame.

No, they just have a meh skillset outside of their lb, anything sam does, the other melee jobs do better.

Whenever I see a sam I just think too myself, thank god it's not a monk, nin or drg.
