you will get a notification in chat about the demo timer being reset once once you fully enter.Did you simply step inside your house or interact with it? You have to actually do something not simply walk in and walk back out. It can be as simple as move a piece of furniture around, buy something from a vendor, muck around with a summoning bell. Anything works so long as you actively did something. If you say, walked in and started crafting then it may still get flagged since you didn't directly interact with the house itself.
Regardless, you won't get it back even if what you're saying is true. SE won't evict a random person. At best, you'll get a reimbursement and be told how sorry they are. Even that would be unlikely as they'll likely say there's nothing they can do.
You logged in 2 weeks ago. This would put us around April 29th. Can you remember when you did the event? If you did the event the day it came out, that would put your last entry into your house as March 27th. If this is so, then you would not have entered your house for about 32 days, which is two days over the 30 day timer limit. When you hit day 30, you lose the house. So, do you remember if you did that event right away? or did you wait a week later? This answer will be key.To anyone asking, yes i went into my house and interacted with the retainer bell and hung the new Easter furniture. Im not wanting my house back thats obviously not going to happen anyway, I want answers from the "Support" or "Game master" whatever name they cosplay as.

It's 45 days not 30.You logged in 2 weeks ago. This would put us around April 29th. Can you remember when you did the event? It's 30 days, but with an additional 15 days after getting an email, but in total 45 yes-which means he should have lost his house around the 11th (this past Thursday), if he last stepped into his house on the 27th of March. Hmmmmmmm only other thing I can think of, is if he has access to more than one estate.
OP, do you know for sure that you placed those items into your actual house?
Did you place them into an apartment, FC, or shared estate anywhere else?
If its true that you were in your house within the last 45 days total and you're 100% sure that you did not instead go into any other house, then yes, that would mean that the demolition timer is currently unreliable and that people should spreading that around asap. but I just want to make sure before we get to that step that all possible other explanations are sorted out.

I don't trust the timer too many stories like this. I'm sure to enter my houses every time I'm on that character and I'm sure to interact with a mender or retainer bell.

You did the Hatching Tide event on April 5th which was only 24 days prior to finding out your house had been demolished. You couldn't have had 10 days remaining on the timer because the timer is 45 days.
However, if you hung up the poster in your house on March 7th after doing the Little Ladies Day event, then two weeks ago it would have been 53 days since you last entered the house.

That's a great point actually. Both of the last events we had gave out a poster. You did the Hatching Day event on April 5th which was only 24 days prior to finding out your house had been demolished. You couldn't have had 10 days remaining on the timer because the timer is 45 days.

Hatchingtide was the viera with the spriggans, and little ladies day was the blonde girl writing at her desk.
OP, are you sure it was Easter as well?
Are you sure it was Easter, and are you sure it was your house and not a different estate?

All you gotta do ...is walk inside

OP: Screenshot the email you received about auto-demo.
There is no such a thing as a "demolition bug", you f* up and deserved to lose your house.
Next time actually use it and you should be fine.
Next?
