This. Like I might agree with some of what she's saying, but she's still a well known streamer that doesn't actually speak for the entire playerbase.
Hey, I agree - people like MrHappy and Zepla do not speak for the entire playerbase. However, there's a problem with that line of thinking when they are the people within the "community" who have direct access to Yoshida to share their general feedback with the community and ask questions or interview him. You can go on both of their channels and see that they were both invited to the Endwalker media tours and both have had direct 1 on 1 interviews with Yoshida where they asked questions about the game, changes, concerns, etc and have had this kind of access to and rapport with Yoshida directly for years now.
So while it's easy to say "they don't represent the entire playerbase" because that is true, you should also take into consideration that the development team sees them as a face to the western communities and a good enough litmus of things that they have continually kept up with them. I even recall an interview where Yoshi-P said to Mr. Happy that he watches Mr. Happy's videos (whether or not this is true or just trying to make Mr. Happy feel good is anyone's guess, personally speaking I doubt he actually does since he's likely way too busy) so for all intents and purposes if MrHappy or Zepla is saying something, it is more likely that SE will pay attention and take note of it than they will for AngryGamer79 or PleasedPlayer61 on the forums for both sides of feedback.
