Not everyone plays the game for others. To me it's just for fun (work is elsewhere) and as a convenience base. I don't care what others think of my game houses and I couldn't care less what others do with their house. I don't understand the importance some people give to a mere pixel house in a game lol. Everyone who pays for a sub should be able to get one.

I will repeat it once again, this is a matter of opinion, I value houses because its the main thing I do in the game, it's really that simple, and I dont expect you to share that with me as I assume (feel free to prove me wrong) that you dont only do housing in the game

Even if all I did in the game was housing, it is still just a game and it doesn't justify your opinion that not everyone should be able to get a house. I don't give that much of importance to a game. To consider an in game house a status symbol of some sort sounds quite unhealthy.

Once again, I will repeat, this is my opinion, and I have my right to have it, if I value something, I value something, your opinion is that it's wrong, and that's okay.

I imagine most of us understand that you value it. What's left unanswered is why you value it.

Do you value it for the things you do with it, or do you value it for the prestige you think it gives you?

If it's the first, allowing others to have the same plot shouldn't change how you value it at all.

If it's the second, that's already a fragile thing. Not everyone sees house ownership as a prestige symbol. Some see it as a symbol of a game system designed poorly. Others see it simply as a game play choice.

Would your interest in the housing system truly disappear if everyone had the option to get a Shiro 60 (not that everyone would)?

- Both of those really, I like the prestige it gives, I like to impress someone when they teleport to my house and they tell me that I have an amazing location, same for LB41, it's always fun to impress people with the area, especially new players, they love it and it also gives them a goal as they will also start to want it. I also value it for what it is and what I do with it of course.

- I absolutely agree with that, which is why I said above that I can perfectly understand that not everyone has my opinion, however I think questioning the fact I value housing more than others and calling it "unhealthy" is uncalled for, you could compare this to ultimate weapons as well, imagine if everyone had ultimate weapons all of a sudden, I dont think many people would be happy, because then poof there goes their prestige weapons.

And what about the people who put in all that same amount of effort right alongside of you, but have nothing to show for it? Are they somehow less worthy of that Shiro 60 because luck didn’t smile upon them that day? At this point random Johnny could’ve been trying for it for 4 years, maybe he even deserves it more! lol

But yeah I think I get it now, you just want to feel special. *shrugs* I’d rather see everyone be able to participate in housing as a bare minimum, and ideally be able to have their dream house. But again it’s a game feature that every paying customer should have access to, and not some RNG-based prestige system. So yeah I’m going prioritize the people that are left out of the process. It’s not pie: other people getting nice things too isn’t taking anything away from you.

I mean it still is all about the luck in the end, I personally moved from Ragnarok to Lousoix, to Spriggan and then ended up moving to Phantom, and ending up on Sagittarius for housing, I maximized my chances as much as I could to get what I want, but it is still all about RNG, there's not much you can do, all you can do is maximize your chances.

An easy solution is to put instanced housing on the island, and remove auto demolition permanently, that way everyone keeps their house without the fear of unsubbing, and instanced housing is on the island.

I don't see them removing auto-demolition completely. I could see them potentially extending it to 6 months from the current 45 days, though.
