No, you're dealing with people who clearly play the game in a different way from you, and are also clearly goal-driven people, that's just all there is to it. There are plenty of people that play with completionism mindsets, be it mounts, minions, achievements, or gear in mind, and clearly, they get a much longer sense of fulfillment out of the game - Something that you apparently seem incapable of understanding and coming to terms with.

People are mostly just expressing it in the sense of "Have you tried working towards this, or seeing the game in this way" - Rather than a 'You have to go do xyz"

You all act like sandbox games haven't been goal driven since forever. That ain't the problem. lool

I have a goal driven brain, and that's why I basically just farm Auction House. It's one of the only viable goals in this game. Not 10pts from eating turd.
