This whole topic sounds like religion to me.

Some believe there is a bug and you have to interact with something inside your home.

And others believe such a bug does not exist.

Problem is that then people try to force their believe on others, because there can only be one truth out there, while no one can prove or deny the existance of such a bug.
Yes I am very sorry for believing an official source from Square Enix regarding auto demo and also my own experience, random Johnny for sure is 100% right unlike SE. I really apologize for using common sense and believing an official source instead of a random person, I will just follow blindly and believe anyone and everyone that says anything, since that seem to be the norm
