Frankly, if a (singular) venue has several party finders open then it should constitute as spam IMO, and should be sanctionable, or at the very least an action warranting a warning, even if the advertisements are different people.

This. I've seen people argue 'just block people lolol'. If MULTIPLE people are advertising for a 'club house' or whatever in the PF, they shouldn't be able to have 6+ people all saying the exact same copy/paste. With how many people post during the high log-in times of the day, I've seen around 70-ish club/RP/ect adverts at once, including a handful of people all posting the same run selling service (Thankfully it's ONLY for gil, but still annoying to see many times)
