What do you do with your house?

I'm curious to know what y'all who have managed to obtain a house (personal vs FC) do with it once you have it.

"Managed"? My house was sitting there vacant lot for weeks, so I waited a little while longer then picked it up with no competitors. There are STILL medium and small plots available in the Goblet on Kujata - at least EIGHT on my ward alone , they have also been vacant for weeks.."we cant get a house' - yes you can, you're just being too choosy.

Mine is a FC house with a full on workshop, I am busy with crafting, making sub components, doing missions, managing retainers, I entertain the odd friend, but mainly its an FC house.

I own a personal small and have an FC medium on Jenova, so this isn't coming from a place of salt or anything (as a disclaimer). However, this is not the case on most servers. There aren't any vacant personals on jenova for instance. When one does open up, it has hundreds of bids on it easily.
