Don't know about this one. I shared a house with someone who let their house get demo'd and my actual house stayed just fine. Only theirs was given up, as intended. Very strange sounding issue. I don't deny its possibility, only because they had demo turned off for so dang LOOONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGG like...itd just make sense that it might come back with some issues. Hopefully it gets looked into seriously.

This happened to me as well on or around March 30th.Putting on my programmer hat for a second. Question for others who have experienced this. Is it always on a shared house? Maybe that's the pattern. Anytime I've ever had to reset my trigger when it was up for demo I just had to walk in. I've had my house since before prices were equalized across all servers so it's been a lot of years. I can't even remember when they did that. But I have never shared it with anyone and have never had to interact with anything.
This was a shared house. I am/was not the owner, but made an admin. The actual owner of the house is taking a hiatus from the game
I would enter the house once a week or so, but not actually interact with anything in the house.
I entered the house the day it was demolished too. Had gone in, and a few hours later got a popup that the house had been demolished. Spoke with the actual owner and we both chalked it up to not having actually interacted with anything in the house but really have no way of knowing.

Wanna see a cool house? Visit my good fc friends house in Brimming Heart in the Goblet designed in a club style, Ward 17 Plot 46! Lunar Cry! Serenity FC (I'm the FC Master), plot 47 future bath house addition, is just next door and is under construction... hopefully she'll get back to finishing the deco inside and out soon! She is redoing the FC mansion on Siren at the moment and sadly even there is very busy doing things her main and alts needs everywhere.
Owned by crazy alts on the best server in Eorzea!
And I enter my houses pretty much daily to reset timers although currently finishing up Island Sanctuaries for my girls on Balmung. Hair styles for Viera are a priority!

If that was a personal house and the owner made you tenant, then it was working as intended. Tenants cannot reset the demolition timer on a personal house. Only the owner can. This happened to me as well on or around March 30th.

If that was a FC house and you were a FC member, then it sounds like the bug.
It's pretty clear that the owner of the house has to go in, and not a tenant. And is made clear in the page about auto demolition. This happened to me as well on or around March 30th.

Aha! Then the mystery is solved. Good info to have if I ever decide to try and get a house. heheheh
Frankly I just know about this today from you ... I always just zone into my house. The help info is wrong, the key word is "use", just entering isn't enough, you have to move an object, use an object, do a thing, interact with a retainer, or otherwise cause the server to notice you exist. It's an intentional trap to make more houses available faster.
GM's won't admit this to you, that's why your in a loop with them.
Any GM confirmation on this?
I have been told by bug report forum admins a few times to use the in-game "Harassment" to report bugs that actually will reach a GM or someone else with more powers, sitting outside these forums. Maybe you should try that avenue, although I'm not certain you could prove you have entered your estate, I suppose they could check it. And if this was in a US server, well, we just had our hardware replaced and a few elements weren't working right off the bat so... who knows.About 5 days ago my house was demolished (April 2nd 2023), which confused me as I distinctly remembering entering my home (entering the house itself, more than just stepping on the property) a week prior. I've been in touch with "GM's" through email support since then, which as devolved into getting the same auto-responses again and again with no regard to questions or additional information I supply. I've checked in game as well, no changes or communication.
EDIT: To clarify a few things, I am NOT making this post as a tenant of the estate, but rather the actual owner. I didn't enter the home on an alt, but rather my main character. No I am not making this to dodge the auto-demolition system as people have just assumed (although I don't blame them fully since I'm sure there's plenty of that going around the forums.) I do in fact use my home for social meetings or just to have a place to relax in and decorate to unwind after raiding. I don't own the house as a status symbol or some kind of prestige token.
would have responded to this yesterday but only so many posts per day lol. yes, as per the rules you are right. one private and one fc per service account per world but you have people who also have multiple service account, grandfathered in housing from stormblood changes or up to 8 fc's per world using the alt loophole.
