Educand's female set doesn't come with hat, yet is the same price???

From the examples I have seen, it was slapped together very quickly and for it to be released outside of Korea, it would have to essentially be recreated as the skirt is very rigid.

The new Educand's outfits are both ugly so I won't buy them. I would buy this dress though.

I know this set is in the game folder because I have seen screen shots of modders in NA using it. I wish they add it to the Mogstation I love the dress to it.

I actually didn't notice the lack of a hat lol. I just bought it because I wanted tights ;_;
the actual sailor top is so baggy and dyes like shit tbh. feels like there's always something, can't just have an all around nice glam without a catch involved
