Something I like to do to make the grind easier:

Setting a weekly goal.

Week 1: I need to at least get to rank 5

Week 2: Rank 10

Week 3: Rank 15

Week 4: Rank 20

Week 5: Rank 25

You can even take a week or two off if you're bored, as long as you set aside the time to do the grind. Small set goals in little chunks just make it way less of a chore if you are easily distracted or bored like me. :3
