Levequests reset every 24 hours? Yes or No?

I do have a question. Why do people want the reset time increased? How does it effect you personally? (not being mean, just asking for understanding)

On the current schedule (or a shorter one), I feel pressure to try to knock my leves out as asap. Otherwise, I feel like I'm wasting possible SP. With the old schedule, or longer, I can spread it out more and not have to rush so much.
