    They shoved the cards from Heaven-on-High onto a TT NPC eventually, so it's possible they'll do the same for Eureka Orthos as well.

    This is probably what they're going to do. It's locked behind Orthos for those who want it now, and will most likely be more easily available in the future for those who are alright with waiting until then.
