Why do the level 90 beast tribe only require level 80 crafters.

My memory might be failing me, but I don't recall being able to use Trained Eye on the Dwarves dailies. Not that it really matters, anyway. It's all super trivial.

Your memory would be failing you, since all the Dwarf recipes are level 70 meaning they're Trained eye compatible with an 80 crafter.
Just like the Lopritt's recipes being 80 so they're compatible with 90 w/trained eye.

As for the topic, they've always been leveling content for catch up crafters / people coming into the expansion that haven't been around since the beginning. Moogles, Namazu, Dwarves have all been this exact same way, expecting anything different from Loporitts is a big ???
