When did he say that? People keep parroting that but can never provide a source.

Eureka Orthos and the Sil'dihn Subterrane are far more likely to be the content that took away from creating a new relic zone. We know there's another Variant/Criterion dungeon that had been announced for release in 6.4 and I'm hearing mixed comments about there is/isn't a third in 6.5.

Eureka had a huge amount of hate even if SE had addressed some of the more complaints by the last release. More seemed to have enjoyed Bozja but even that had mixed response just as ARR and HW grinds had their mixed response. Another thing many players had been asking for was more choice in content for the grinds.

So this seems to be the expansion of choice instead of being told you only have X or Y content to choose from. Those complaining they were able to get their relic first day are still the outliers. Not everyone would have had 1500+ Astronomy available, nor would have had the time to grind that much out in one day.
