My biggest problem/complain so far...

Odd. I have never needed Google to find out what I can do in the game. When new quests become available they are almost always on the same map as you are when you unlocked it, and thus easily found.
Exceptions are quests for level cap (and old level caps) and they are all picked up in one of the hubs, so just going through the hubs will show all those quests to you.
No google needed, ever.

Well, I believe the problem in this case is the lack of empathy, by definition. You can't look at things in the POV of a new player, where there is no "new quests becoming available". Everything is there, a multitude of blue quests.

As I said previously and multiples times, my options are either “look online” or “do every single blue quest”. In your case, it's just that the second option is not a concern since you're not new...
